🐾 About us:

1. We accept payment by Bank, Momo, Viettel Pay, Zalo Pay,... (in Vietnam) and Paypal (International).

2. We cannot cancel your order once we've started making without valid reason.

3. Usually, we will present you the demo in 7 to 14 days. You can inform us of the start time (will add a Waiting tag) and you can pay extra to speed up our working time. However, if there are problems (broken tools, broken equipment, illness,etc...) then we will notify you and offer help options.

4. We guarantee to make you products with the highest quality possible. So you may have to wait a long time if you are in the Queue. (You may want to consider paying 25% up front for an earlier Working/WIP priority).

5. We have included the commercial fee in the price of the product, so you can rest assured to use our products.

6. From time to time we may ask you to let us use the product we have created for the purpose of promoting our work, we will credit you and give you a discount on the product.

7. Before sending Demo products to customers, we will add Watermark and noise (small volume and does not affect customer experience).

🐾 About customers:

1. You can choose how your track follows our Demo or follows your description.

2. You are not allowed to use the demo before payment.

3. Full rights to use and share our products after payment and credit.

4. Samples can be shared if the author's name is added.

IMPORTANT: To protect your product (from the risk of piracy, unauthorized use), please carefully keep the original file(s), as well as limit sharing file(s) original to others to blame the above risks. If you have the conditions to release the product, please contact me for help.
